Rules For Parents and Guardians
1. Parents should check the hair cut, school uniform and punctuality to reach school in time in the morning
2. They should not go directly to the class room either to see their children or to talk to the teacher during class hours as it disturbs the teaching of the class.
3. They should attend PTM to contact the teacher on the PTM days to note the progress of their wards.
4. They should inform the school if there is any change in their address / telephone numbers immediately.
5. They should keep their children ready to reach the school at least five minutes before the Ist bell ring.
6. They should co-operate with the school in its attempt to their regularity, punctuality and discipline.
7. They should check the Student’s Diary every day. They are advised to check the bags of their wards to see if any circular, notice, invitation etc. has been issued.
8. Parents and Guardians should not criticise teachers or school in the presence of the child otherwise it will lose his or her respect for the teacher and will retard his or her progress.
9. The progress reports given at the end of each unit test, class test & periodic test mid test and annual test have to be signed by the parents.
10. They should ensure that their ward carries text/exercise copies according to the time table daily.
11. Expensive articles, jewellery, mobile phones, camera, l-pads, MP-3 etc should not be allowed by parents to carry in the school. In violation of this rule, the article will be confiscated.
12. No Student is allowed to come to school in self driven scooter, motorcycle or car. Driving below the age of 18 years is a violation of the motor vehicle act, which may lead to action as per law.
13. If your word is absence from the school all rule under head “Absence” to follow.
14. Once the student arrives school he/she will not be allowed to leave the school without the written request of parents to the principal.
15. Any damages caused by their ward to the school property i.e. furniture & fixtures, electrical fittings, window Glass, CCTV Cameras & Computer will be repaired by their parents.
16. If any parents misbehave or use foul language with teachers or staff of the school which causes indiscipline/bad environment his or her child may be expelled from the school.
